Friending you back, somewhat tardily! :)

I've only been reading Ursula Le Guin's work for a few years, but she's absolutely the biggest influence in my own writing at the moment. Reading the Earthsea novels, I thought, "Oh - so *this* is how you create a fantasy world." Everything she writes is so perfectly thought-out and yet completely from the heart.

I just gave my copy of The Dispossessed to my little brother for his birthday - I hope it means as much to him as it meant to me upon first reading it.
