Wooo! Thank you for that link. It's fabulous. And, yes, it IS what I'm talking about (I love that the user they show for "Googlezon" is called Winston Smith). It's weird, isn't it, how what we do is such a double edged sword. On the one hand, there's the ability to share information, to collaborate, in ways that were unimaginable only a few years ago. But then again, there's that potential loss of substance, that sense that if everyone's an expert, noone is.
