I loved Stranger Than Fiction too. Emma Thompson is especially great in it, and yeah, Farrell didn't seem so much like someone who tells a joke and then goes and kills a gas station attendant in the dead of night. Also, there's Maggie Gyllenhal, who is fantastic in everything she's in. Of course the film is especially fun for anyone who teaches or studies literature--the visits to the professor's office cracked me up. Will check out Seraphim Falls, thanks.
