Knee-deep snow and a transit strike in our nation's capital, where my friend
lidocafe is going tomorrow...
Of course I have to remember that she's used to bad winters, having grown up in Alberta, and routinely walks miles every day, so probably no snow is too deep for her. She is small, but indomitable.
Well, perhaps she'll catch a glimpse of the Liberal party's shiny new poster boy. In any event, I hope the trip is good and purposeful and she's able to relax a bit, even if it's just having some time on her own in a hotel room.
