Yes, remember being thrilled when "Merry Christmas Mr Lawrence" came about so I could actually SEE Ryu "moving about" on the screen rather than just in still shots from magazines. Btw, that was also a composition he collaborated with David Sylvian on (the tune, that is, not the film).
I'll have to check out some youtube clips soon when I get some more spare time. I'll brace myself. ha!
