Only two of the kids have Irish accents. Luna has one because the actress is Irish and Seamus has one because he's supposed to have one. Cho has a Scottish accent. Everyone else has some form of English.
Eastern Promises is one of those movies that was kind of awesome and traumatizing the first time and so, even though I liked it, I will never watch it again.
