All the Fun of the Fair!

It was a lovely way to end the summer. I met my friend mkb there, and we communed with ducks and llamas and I took so many photos that I filled a whole memory card. If I'd realized that I had a spare in my camera back-pack (well, duh...) I would have taken more.

Then she and I drove over to Brentwood, where we met kp and had a nice lunch sitting on a dock on the bay :) It was sunny and lovely and relaxing and ... mmm :)

I was going to say that I'm so not ready to go back to work tomorrow, but in fact, on reflection, I think it's been a great summer and I can almost feel like going back to work. Almost. Not quite. But at least I'm not feeling deeply averse to the idea.
