In fact, the sun came out and it was a beautiful afternoon!
So I played hooky from marking and took Robinson to Thetis Lake for a lovely birthday hike, which he enjoyed immensely, as you can see.
The erythroniums (easter lilies) were just starting to appear, there were shooting stars in bud, and I found a satin flower - a sure sign of spring
