I don't mind puppy cuts on older dogs actually. I weighed Colton's coat one time after I scissored him. It was .5 lbs. At the time he only weighed about 46 lbs. That's a LOT of weight to lose all at once. I'm pretty sure they like the feeling! They always run around like idiots when I finish.
