She was born in "The Old House" which is a National Trust property now, I believe that village's only claim to fame :) My grandfather and an "aunt" -one of my mother's sisters who died of diptheria as a child - are buried in the churchyard there; my grandmother had her ashes taken there, and that's where my mum wants to be.
