I love it when there's a bond between animal and human even at the moment of adoption. I never had that with the other cats we had as a family. I'm glad I got to experience it this time.
Good to hear that Clio isn't upset by dogs. I don't know how well Major would do with them. He watches other neighbourhood cats through our windows (he's an indoor cat) and he wonders what the heck he can do about them!
