It's a rainy morning, and, on the principle that one should do on New Year's Day what one wants to do the rest of the year, I have kissed my dogs on the nose, patted Clio the cat, read a chapter of one of the books I'm currently reading (the Alice Sheldon biography, which also fulfills one of my New Year's resolutions, which is to Read More Nonfiction), and I've just been perusing my f'list. I like the feeling of promise and renewal there is on New Year's Day. Who knows how long it will last, but certainly I feel very positive as I look into the coming year. Also, apparently the Sun is moving into my Sign (Aquarius) and Saturn has moved Out, which is from all accounts a Jolly Good Thing.
