Geeky Confession

Feeling the need both for some retail therapy and for something brainless with which to divert myself, I went out and bought a Nintendo DS gameboy system. Wow. It's very cool. I have Zelda, "Phantom Hourglass" to play on it.

See you in a year or two.

I've played several in the past on a Game Boy Color too. (We don't have one of those newfangled DSs. ;))

One of my all-time favourite original Gameboy games was "Link's Awakening" - I've also played the two for Advance.
(now all is revealed - this is in fact my _third_ machine...)

My best evah game was Final Fantasy Tactics for Advance. I think I played that for a year straight without getting tired of it. I keep hoping they'll bring out another There's a new one for PS, but I keep telling myself I haven't sold my soul if I don't have a console that you actually have to sit somewhere special to play...

I don't think I finished the two for Advance although we have them. Oooh! That'll be a nice change of pace to revisit those. Odds are I got stuck on a Boss somewhere .C. and I would alternate playing our own games on it. I'm good at puzzles, he's good at figuring out how to defeat bosses.

I've never played FF Tactics (or any FF or related game). That's quite an endorsement!

At least with the Wii you don't have to sit. Most of the time, standing actually makes more sense with it. But that's not what you meant, was it....

Haha, my boyfriend just bought an old super nintendo. We've been having so much fun with it, playing Street fighter and stuff like that.:D
