Initially, I would probably have a very epic WTF moment. I'd probably think you were being arrested for something you had been hiding out from, like a really awesome fugitive. Maybe something you did while you were in China, something rebellious and brave.

My idea's close to this one, except I figured - knowing how our cops react to people photographing large buildings and public transit - that it would just be for taking any photographs at all.
