Flickr's feline April Fool's Joke

People on Flickr are always complaining about the preponderance of cat pictures that make it to the "Explore" pages - the display of the sort-of-but-not-really-in-some-mysterious-way the most "interesting" 500 pictures uploaded each day in Flickr. Today (April 1) if you go there, the front Explore page is normal but all the calendar pages and all the top 500 pics for each day are pictures of cats, like the page for March. There were a lot of people going WTF?? but I think it's a cool way to celebrate the day. Check it out while it's still April 1!

(edit - I'm afraid it may already be too late for my British readers; reports are that the cats vanished at noon)

Good old British April 1st rule! It doesn't seem to be known over here, but the cats are gone here now too.

This still seems to work, though.
