So my younger beardie has an infection in his prepu... somthing-or-other (the tip of his penis). This will involve my syringing said orifice with warm water and epsom salts twice a day. Well, we'll see what Robinson has to say about it. This reminds me of a few years ago, when my older beardie, Cholmondeley, had a nasty infection in his anal glands. I bet you can guess what's coming! Yes, this meant that I had to stick a syringe up his bum twice a day and squirt antibiotic ointment up it. He was amazingly civilized about this procedure, and just stood there and let me get on with it! Only for those we love...

My cat, Major, had a severe case of constipation about a year and a half ago--we had to take him to hospital for an enema. As a result, I had to give him oral laxative for almost a year afterwards to get him back to normal. Now that he's lost weight, he's alright, but oral laxative!! eeew!
