It's hard to believe this is the dog I thought was _dying_ only a few weeks ago! It must have been all your good wishes that turned the tide...

Today was a typical springy Sunday, soft, pleasant, just enough sun to make it worthwhile going out. I took the boys to the beach this afternoon, and spent a happy few hours snapping photos and enjoying the sunshine.

Every time I browse your journal, Paul gets all excited and cutsy-wutsy about your beardies. I have a feeling if we get a dog, it's going to have to be a beardie. They're not my favourite.. *gasp, dodge* but I guess everyone's partial to the breed they first have.. Paul's pup was a beardie named Maggie who was apparently too aggressive and sent to a "farm" -- I think that's parent talk for something less pleasant :| Especially know his parents and what snide remarks I get about my cats.

My first pup was a Boxer, so I like them, of course. And I want a shar pei just to laugh at I think. They're so cute and funny looking. LOL

A dog's probably a long ways off though. Maybe if he gets a job he can have a dog :P

Oh, and I meant to reply days ago.. very happy to hear your pup has rebounded. Cherish every minute :)
