I need cheering up!

Help me, oh my friendly internets.

I've been feeling unaccountably glum for ... almost a week now. I would have put it down to the "holidays" (never a good time), but don't seem to be able to shake it off. I just feel overwhelmed and inadequate and old and sad, and I don't want to carry this feeling into the new year.

Please send good thoughts and/or something to make me smile.

I didn't have time to look for anything cheery last night, but how about this? Morris dancing is usually associated with May Day, but as Terry Pratchett knew, it's also about the darkest time of year.
